Women’s Guild Past President Vera Guerin has been named chair of the Cedars-Sinai Board of Directors. She officially assumed her new role at the annual meeting of the board in December 2013.Guerin has been a deeply committed champion of Women’s Guild and a much-respected supporter of Cedars-Sinai for more than two decades. With her husband, Paul, she led the campaign to raise $20 million for the Women’s Guild Lung Institute, making a $5 million gift.
