Biography

Valentin V. Lazutkin has been Chairman of E-Moscow since March, 2006 as well as a Director of Moscow CableCom Corp. since March, 2004 and COMCOR since March, 2006. Previously, he was Chairman of Soyuz TV from March, 1998 to April, 2002. He is a Member of the Russian TV Academy, the International TV Academy and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. He is a Director of the Russian National TV Broadcasters Association and the Russian CATV Association.
