Emory University, recognized internationally for its outstanding liberal arts colleges, graduate and professional schools as well as one of the Southeast's leading health care systems, is located on a beautiful, leafy campus in Atlanta, Georgia's historic Druid Hills suburb. Emory maintains an uncommon balance for an institution of its standing: our scholars and experts generate more than $500 million in research funding annually, while also maintaining a traditional emphasis on teaching. The university is enriched by the legacy and energy of Atlanta, and by collaboration among its schools, centers and partners.

Fordham University is a private, nonprofit, coeducational research university based in New York City, United States. It was founded by the Catholic Diocese of New York in 1841 as St. John's College, placed in the care of the Society of Jesus shortly thereafter, and has since become an independent institution under a lay board of trustees, which describes the University as "in the Jesuit tradition." Fordham is composed of ten constituent colleges, four of which are for undergraduates and six of which are for postgraduates. It enrolls approximately 15,000 students across three campuses in New York State: Rose Hill in the Bronx, Lincoln Center in Manhattan, and Westchester in West Harrison. In addition to these campuses, the University maintains a study abroad center in the United Kingdom and field offices in Spain and South Africa. Fordham awards the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees, as well as various master's and doctoral degrees.

Geller Advisors' asset allocation recommendations are based on a customized, comprehensive financial plan that is based on each client's individual objectives, time horizons, risk tolerance, tax considerations, and liquidity needs. They stress-test potential strategic allocations through the imposition of historical scenarios, during which the risks of loss in securities and the potential for all asset classes to perform similarly are observed. This process also establishes the degree to which portions of the portfolio can have limited liquidity. Portfolio construction typically involves establishing a risk-appropriate allocation among cash, fixed income, global equities and alternatives, such as hedge funds where appropriate. Global equity allocations are usually indexed to varying degrees in a \"core and satellite\" structure. The satellite managers typically have concentrated holdings and may exhibit meaningful divergence from their benchmarks. In addition, such a plan can support selective use of alternative investments, appropriately sized to meet individual liquidity needs. Geller Advisors may allocate a client’s assets among several third party investment managers, which may include mutual funds, separate account managers, hedge funds, private equity and other investments and ETFs. Client portfolio holdings may also include individual equities and fixed income, option contracts, warrants, certificates of deposit and commercial paper. Portfolio weighting among third party investment managers and other investments is determined by each client's asset allocation.
