Departments at the graduate and undergraduate levels offer online courses in addition to traditional classroom courses. Student services at WV State are also wide-ranging. The academic assistance program offers a variety of services including drop-in and online tutoring in math and other subjects. The career services department also offers numerous support services and opportunities including career fairs attended by numerous companies and organizations, career assessments, and workshops. On-campus housing and student meal plans are available. Financial aid is available in the form of loans, grants, work-study, and scholarships for eligible undergraduate students and fellowships for graduate students who qualify.
