Tom Grøndahl (born 1949) has a degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and an MBA from INSEAD in France. Mr Grøndahl was before his retirement the Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer in DnB NOR and before that he was deputy CEO in Bergen Bank. Mr Grøndahl also held the position as CEO for Citibank Norway from 1985-1987. He has previously held board seats in Vital Forsikring, DnB NOR Asset Management, The Norwegian Banks’ Guarantee Fund, Eksportfinans and the Norwegian-Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Mr Grøndahl is presently the Chairman of the Norwegian Securities Dealers Association.
