Biography

Steven G. Scheinfeld is the global chair of Fried Frank's Corporate Department. He joined the Firm as a partner in 1998.

Mr. Scheinfeld has extensive experience in representing clients in various industries in connection with public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, financings and complex strategic partnerships.

Mr. Scheinfeld's clients include Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Credit Benchmark, CVS Health, DMGT, Gazit-Globe, Genscape, Goldman Sachs, Greystone & Co., GTIS Partners, ITT, Kimco Realty, L&M Developers, Meritage Properties, Northstar Realty Europe, Razor & Tie, REIS, SL Green, Shutterstock, Terex, Thomson Reuters, Tradeweb and Via Transportation.
