Biography

Ms. Yan currently serves as a Portfolio Controller for AJ Capital Partners. Her responsibilities include property and investor level accounting and reporting review, lender compliance review, and assisting asset management with investment related issues. Prior to joining AJ Capital Partners, Ms. Yan spent two years at Deloitte, serving hospitality and financial services audit clients, four years at Walton Street Capital in the Financial Reporting Group and two years as a Global Accounting Manager for a public executive search firm. Ms. Yan holds a B.B.A. and Master of Accountancy from the University of Iowa and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
