Stephani Hildebrandt is a member of Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group. She has experience representing clients in connection with a variety of corporate transactions, including public and private offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Stephani also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, disclosure, regulatory and other compliance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephani practiced in the Corporate and Securities and Financial Services Practice Groups of several firms in Washington, D.C.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Stephani’s recent representative experience includes:

Representing issuers in public and private offerings.
Representing investment banks in connection with public and private offerings.
Representing acquirers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.
Representing financial institutions and management groups in connection with corporate restructurings and asset acquisitions from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation through its assisted transaction program.
