ICBP is one of the leading packaged food producers in Indonesia, with a wide range of packaged food products. ICBP will continue to strive throughout the year to further foster good relations at all level of staffs and management for mutual benefit. Training programs will also aim to increase productivity and efficiencies in order to assist all divisions in maintaining market share and profitability in an increasingly competitive market. We also believe in investing our employees through providing employee development programs to improve their technical and managerial competency. We provide technical training to improve skill levels and to develop new technical knowledge. We have implemented a Supervisory Development Program to develop the leadership skills of our supervisors, and other programs for higher level staffs.
