For more than 30 years, Ron Holliday's practice has focused on assisting businesses in resolving their disputes, whether by way of negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

He has prosecuted and defended complex claims ranging from securities and antitrust claims to contract and business tort claims. He also represents franchisors, manufacturers, and others in connection with distribution issues, including franchise disputes and dealer terminations.

Mr. Holliday is recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer, and Super Lawyers calls him "seriously outstanding." The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory rated him "AV," its highest available rating. He is a member of DLA Piper's firmwide Policy Committee.
