Ronald Lessman

Senior Managing Director

Ronald J. Lessman joined Newmark Knight Frank's New York headquarters in 1995. As a senior managing director and the chief protocol officer, Mr. Lessman is responsible for the firm's purchasing and bidding procedures in the tri-state region. He is additionally responsible for the daily operation of over four million square feet of commercial and retail space in Manhattan, Long Island, Westchester and Connecticut.

Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Lessman was vice president and director of leasing and management for Bear Stearns' real estate department from 1985 to 1995.

Before his tenure at Bear Stearns, Mr. Lessman worked as a leasing and sales broker at Cross & Brown Company.
