Robert Keane is a partner in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He concentrates his practice primarily on the representation of domestic and international investment banks, commercial banks, opportunity funds, non-regulated lenders and pension funds in equity investments, joint venture formations, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate-related lending, and debt restructuring, workouts and reorganizations.
