Richard Zogheb is a managing director and co-head of capital markets origination for the Americas at Citigroup Global Markets. He joined Salomon Bros. (the predecessor to Citigroup Global Markets) in 1990 and has spent the past 20 years working with a wide range of corporate and private equity clients in a number of industries. Zogheb has provided capital structure advice, raised capital (in the form of bank debt, public bonds and equity) and restructured balance sheets (through debt/equity swaps, debt restructuring, bond repurchases and out-of-court workouts) for numerous corporations and financial sponsors. He received an M.B.A. from Dartmouth College and a B.S. in accounting from New York University.
