Rebecca Galuppo

EXPERTISE

Rebecca is responsible for the overall marketing, management and implementation of programs that support the shopping center portfolio(s) and the vision of the Woodmont Company, including budgeting, sponsorships, PR and other marketing programs to the benefit of the managed properties. She also utilizes the centers’ exceptional brands, demographics and special events to drive traffic and sales to the managed centers. Her fiscal acuity, ability to strategize, target and analyze measurable metrics ensure success for the Woodmont Company managed portfolios.

EXPERIENCE

Rebecca’s background includes retail, tourism and commercial marketing for the past 20 years. Employed by Coach Leather while in college, her expertise included store management, new store openings, along with roll outs of company enhancement programs nationwide. Her retail background and extensive leadership grew into training and marketing. Rebecca delved into the television business by successfully promoting companies and brands with her own show “What’s HOT with Rebecca” on NBC affiliate network station KCEN in Waco, TX and as highlighted in the September edition of VRN magazine 2011. She pursued her passion for marketing in the outlet sector with Craig Realty Group, focusing on driving traffic and sales to challenged outlet centers before joining Paragon Outlets in 2012 for a new development venture. Her background at Paragon included extensive involvement in construction, operations, budgeting, management and marketing during her tenure. The success of the outlet center resulted in an acquisition by Simon Property Group. Rebecca continued to work for Simon as Director of Marketing and specialized in tourism and PR before joining the Woodmont Company team in 2015.
