Phillip Stoup

Phillip Stoup is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice includes representing investment banking firms, private equity firms and companies in public and private debt and equity offerings, acquisition financing and liability management transactions, with a particular emphasis on issuances of high yield debt securities and leveraged transactions.
