Biography

Peter McPheeters is the owner of Ocean View Properties, Inc., in Biddeford Pool. He and his team focus on coastal real estate sales and property investment, development, and management. Previously, Peter owned McPheeters Construction, Inc., a coastal residential construction and management firm.

Peter has extensive non-profit experience, including board positions at the Maine Historical Society, Waynflete School, and the Biddeford Pool Improvement Association and Land Trust. Peter is a lifelong sailor with extensive offshore experience, including Atlantic crossings. His current passions include rowing and planning for the upcoming 400th anniversary of the first European settlement in Biddeford Pool.

Peter grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and spent his summers in Biddeford Pool. He attended St. Francis College and is married to Eve. They have a daughter, Anne, a son, Scott, and one brand new grandson, Calvin.
