Biography

Paul Trippe is the South Carolina Market Investment Executive for U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. U.S. Trust provides vast resources and customized strategies to help meet wealth structuring, investment management, banking and credit needs of high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. Paul currently heads the South Carolina client portfolio management team. He leads the delivery of U.S. Trust full capabilities while also providing access to resources available through Bank of America Corporation and its affiliates - including capital markets products, large and complex financing stategies, and its extensive retail banking platform. He is responsible for strengthening communication and integration among U.S. Trust regional businesses, as well as the overall client experience.

Paul brings 29 years of trading, sales, and portfolio management experience in the securities industry, having joined Bank of America and its legacy institutions in 1986. Paul spent the first part of his career with Bank of America Investments (now Merrill Lynch) as an account executive and complex director. He joined U.S. Trust in 1992 and has since served as Portfolio Manager, Market Investment Executive and Market Investment Director prior to being appointed South Carolina/Jacksonville Market Executive.

Paul graduated from Presbyterian College with Bachelor of Art degrees in History and Political Science. Currently, Paul serves as Board Member of Spoleto Festival USA and is the past chairman of the Central South Carolina Red Cross board.
