Biography

Nur Baidzurah Mohd Ali began her tenure as Vice President Corporate Services of Malaysia Venture Capital Management Bhd (MAVCAP) in early 2008.

Zura as she likes to be addressed was a member of the Multimedia Development Corporation group from 1997 - 2008, past roles includes the responsibility of the overall management of the Human Resource functions relevant to the company’s business strategies and overall plan, including Talent and Career Development, Learning and Education and Employee Relations. She was also previously Program Leader for the MSC Internship Program which ran under the purview of Rancangan Malaysia Ke 8, with the aim of providing technical skills and employment opportunities to unemployed graduates with MSC Status Companies.

In MAVCAP, she is responsible for several areas, key amongst them being Human Resource and Corporate Communications.
