Nicole Eastridge

Nicole Eastridge is an associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. She focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on the issues of insurance, product and premises liability defense.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Houston, and her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, where she graduated fourth in her law class. Nicole was named to the Dean's List each semester of law school and she received multiple American Jurisprudence Awards. Nicole was also a member of the South Texas Law Review, where she served as an assistant to the Managing Editor.

During law school, Nicole interned for Judge Gray Miller of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Prior to joining Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP., Nicole gained valuable experience working for a mass tort pharmaceutical and medical device litigation group.

Nicole is a member of the Houston Young Lawyer's Association and the Houston Bar Association. Nicole is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District.
