Biography

Mitra Mahdavi brings over 16 years of experience in the area of Career Development, Human Resources, and Entrepreneurship.

After her graduate studies, Ms.Mahdavi consulted with many fortune 500 companies to design and implement highly efficient senior level Talent Acquisition programs with 100% success rate.

In 1998, Ms.Mahdavi founded NetNational Inc, an Information Technology Consulting firm, which became a huge success and was among the top 100 fastest growing small businesses in 2000. She was also ranked as one of the top 3 Bay Area businesswomen of year in 2001. NetNational was sold in 2007.

In 2011, Ms.Mahdavi followed her passion for cooking and founded Inspirelicious, with the mission to introduce a new and healthy way of presenting the eclectic Persian cuisine, and its rich culture, to its clientele.

Ms.Mahdavi’s true passion and goal has always been helping humanity evolve in a positive direction, one person at a time. She has worked as a volunteer for many programs such as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for neglected and abused children, the Francisco Connection Mentoring Program for troubled teens, Meals on wheels, Pledge to Humanity, Global Giving, and Pars Equality Center.
