Biography

Mimi H. Justice leads the Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) practice in Orange County, California. She has more than nineteen years of experience working with clients and their counsel on forensic investigations and litigation matters. Her industry experience includes life sciences, technology, telecommunications, semiconductor, aerospace, oil and gas, utilities, public sector, construction, entertainment, financial services, and consumer products. Ms. Justice has served as the national Deloitte FAS partner champion for Deloitte’s Pro Bono program since its inception in 2008. She is responsible for developing the National FAS pro bono strategy and overseeing the investment of National FAS pro bono funds. Currently Ms. Justice leads a pro bono project relating to the sustainability of a legal services network. In addition to her role supporting pro bono, Ms. Justice is the Women’s Initiative (WIN) leader for Deloitte FAS in the Pacific Southwest region. She serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Public Law Center. She has also served on the board of a small nonprofit organization whose mission is to assist the homeless in Orange County. Ms. Justice has assisted nonprofit organizations with scenario planning related to the economic downturn. She currently volunteers for a pilot mentoring program with the United Way, and has served as an instructor with Junior Achievement. Ms. Justice received a B.A. in Nutrition from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California at Los Angeles.
