Mr. Michael Saunders is Head of Western European Economic Research at Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. He joined Citi in October 1990.He previously spent two years with Greenwell Montagu as an economist covering UK economic trends and their implications for the gilt market. Prior to that he worked at the Institute for Fiscal Studies.Mr. Saunders graduated from the London School of Economics in 1986 where he studied econometrics
