Biography

Michael Purpura is President of Wealth Management, overseeing the team that offers personalized financial services and straightforward investment advice, with a focus on developing long-term strategies to help clients with their financial aspirations.

Michael previously served as Executive Vice President of Wealth Management’s Northern Region, following work as Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development and as an Assistant Regional Manager.

He joined D.A. Davidson as a Financial Advisor in 1996, subsequently taking on roles with increasing responsibility. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, he spent four years as a Financial Advisor with Prudential Securities. A graduate of Penn State University, he has been an active supporter of community events and causes. He represents the second generation of Purpuras to serve in leadership roles with D.A. Davidson Companies.
