RWBCI offers various investment strategies, which includes: Equity, Fixed Income or Bond, Balanced, Value, Growth, Income, Economic Industry or Sector Focused, International, Global, Geographic Region or Country Focused, Tactical and Rotation, and Alternative Strategies and Complex Strategies. Equity strategies generally have an objective to provide growth of capital and primarily invest in equity securities. However, these strategies may also invest in other types of investments. Equity strategies may invest in companies of all market capitalization ranges or may focus on any combination of specific capitalization ranges. Fixed income or bond strategies primarily invest in fixed income securities, such as corporate bonds, municipal securities, mortgage-backed or asset-backed securities, or government or agency debt obligations. However, these strategies may also invest in other types of investments, such as equity securities or cash. Balanced strategies invest in a mix of equity, fixed income securities and cash. A value strategy typically invests primarily in equity securities of value companies, which are those that the investment manager believes, are out of favor with investors, appear underpriced by the market relative to their earnings or intrinsic value, or have high dividend yields. A growth strategy typically invests primarily in equity securities of growth companies. An income strategy typically invests primarily in income-producing securities, such as dividend-paying equity securities and fixed income securities. This strategy may invest in a combination of investment grade and high yield bonds. Economic industry or sector focused strategies primarily invest in companies in one or more economic industries or sectors, such as the telecommunications, technology, industrial, materials, or financial sectors. Generally, international strategies primarily invest in securities issued by foreign companies, which may include companies in developed and emerging markets. Global strategies invest in a mix of securities issued by US and foreign companies, which may include companies in developed and emerging markets. Geographic region or country focused strategies primarily invest in companies located a particular part of the world, such as Latin America, Europe or Asia, in a group of similarly-situated countries, such as developed or emerging markets, or one or more specific countries. Tactical strategies typically tactically and actively adjust account allocations to different asset classes based upon the manager's perception of how those asset classes will perform in the short-term. Alternative Strategies and other Complex Strategies may invest in a wide range of investments, which may include equity securities, fixed income securities, Non-Traditional Assets, Alternative Investment Products and cash. Alternative Strategies and other Complex Strategies generally involve the use of margin, leverage, short sales and derivative instruments.

RiverFront's investment process combines two market forces: value and momentum. The firm seeks to identify strategic relative value as asset classes deviate from established trends, and structure long-term allocation strategies to capitalize on these relative value assessments. They modify the long-term strategy with tactical tilts designed to accommodate cyclical factors and current trends. The goal of this tactical process is to mute the tendency of a pure value discipline to buy undervalued assets too quickly or sell overvalued assets too soon. RiverFront's investment solutions seek to combine value with momentum, making their largest bets when their evaluations of value and momentum are aligned. The firm offers seven different Investment Solutions, which are designed to address investor needs for diversified portfolio solutions with defined risk objectives. The seven Investment Solutions are: Dynamic Fixed Income, Conservative Income Builder, Moderate Growth & Income, Dynamic Equity Income, Global Allocation, Global Growth, and International Opportunities.
