Biography

Meir Dominitz is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of Gibson Dunn’s Global Finance Group. Mr. Dominitz represents both financial institutions and corporate and sponsor borrowers in connection with a wide range of domestic and cross-border syndicated loan transactions, leveraged acquisition financing, asset-based lending, secured and unsecured credit facilities and other banking and credit matters.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Dominitz was an associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2008 to 2012 and in the New York office of Davis, Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Dominitz earned his Juris Doctor from the Columbia University School of Law in 2008, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Business Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Arts, First Class Graduate with Distinction, from York University in 2003. He is fluent in Hebrew.

Mr. Dominitz is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
