Matthew Rovelli is a Managing Director and Head of Energy Investment Banking at Cowen and Company. Previously, Mr. Rovelli was a Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in the Equity Transactions Group. Over his seven-year career at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Mr. Rovelli worked on the origination and execution of over 100 bookrun equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, concurrent multi-product financings, overnight block trades, and private placements.

Mr. Rovelli graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Economics.
