The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (also referred to as The Fletcher School) at Tufts University is the oldest school in the United States dedicated solely to graduate studies in international affairs. Fletcher is regarded as one of the world's foremost schools of international relations. Every Fall, the school enrolls approximately 265 full-time students (excluding Ph.D. candidates not enrolled in courses.) The Fletcher School was founded in 1933 with the bequest of Austin Barclay Fletcher, who left over $3 million to Tufts University upon his death in 1923. A third of these funds were dedicated to a school of law and diplomacy. Fletcher did not have in mind a school "of the usual kind, which prepares men for admission to the bar and for the active practice of law." Instead, Fletcher envisioned "a school to prepare men for the diplomatic service and to teach such matters as come within the scope of foreign relations [which] embraces within it as a fundamental and thorough knowledge of the principles of international law upon which diplomacy is founded, although the profession of a diplomat carries with it also a knowledge of many things of a geographic and economic nature which affect relations between nations."

ACG Wealth, Inc. uses a variety of proprietary models which look to provide growth opportunity and reduce volatility. Clients may be allocated into one or more models which include, but are not limited to, rotating assets to various asset classes based on the firm's perception of the research and tools used along with the client's perceived risk tolerance profile. ACG's investment process begins with a top down approach to identify their broad asset allocation mix using 6 broad asset classes: cash, fixed income, international equities, domestic equities, currencies and commodities. Hedgeye Risk Management research firm is used for global macro views and Dorsey Wright & Associates is used for technical and relative strength research. Hedgeye provides a global macro view of risk and opportunity in 3 different durations: short, intermediate and long. Dorsey Wright's relative strength tools and supply and demand indicators identify the strongest broad based asset classes. Once the broad based asset allocation target has been identified, ACG uses relative strength indicators to identify the strongest market style and business sectors within each asset class. After identifying the stock, mutual fund or ETF to buy, the firm uses point and figure trend charts and overbought/oversold indicators to look for entry points. Morningstar and Dorsey Wright are also used to assist in ACG's mutual fund selections. For selection of ETFs, they use Dorsey Wright's relative strength tools and guided models to help make decisions. ETFs may be traded with a short, intermediate or long term outlook.

Asset Preservation Advisors (APA) focuses exclusively on the active management of tax-exempt and taxable high quality investment grade municipal bond portfolios. They seek to identify and capitalize on pricing inefficiencies that exist in the secondary market which results in higher yields that are available through smaller issues that are typically underutilized by large institutions. APA focuses on tailoring portfolios to meet the unique needs of each client.APA's investment strategy is based on active management, effective trade execution and credit/interest rate management. They focus on analyzing the slope of the yield curve to determine the most favorable risk/reward profile. The firm maintains duration close to the benchmark, but will vary the portfolio structure (barbell, ladder, bullet) depending on market conditions. APA also uses sector allocation to capitalize on temporary imbalances of supply and demand among various sectors. The firm also monitors changing yield spreads to capture incremental yields and identify potential upgrades and downgrades by the rating agencies. APA seeks to add value through trading and security selection. They strive to exploit market inefficiencies and purchase municipal securities when they are trading below their intrinsic value.
