AIMC uses a bottom-up stock selection process that emphasizes the fundamentals of each company. They seek to identify companies with: (1) business models that produce consistent, sustainable revenue growth (2) strong earnings growth that is driven primarily by revenue growth (3) financial strength and high quality balance sheets (4) leading market shares within an industry (5) substantial ownership by company management and (6) reasonable valuations.
