Biography

Laura Cendejas, Human Resources Manager, joined GG+A in January 2011. In her role, she is responsible for the management of all functional areas of Human Resources for the firm including: recruitment, benefits administration, new hire functions, performance management, employee relations, and payroll. She also provides day-to-day human resource guidance and support to managers and employees regarding company policies.

Prior to joining GG+A, Laura was a Client Liaison with Administaff where she collaborated with clients to identify, develop, and implement attainable HR strategies. Previously, she was a Human Resources Manager with AT&T where she supported employees in various states on all HR functions including: employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and succession planning. She implemented and administered personnel policies and procedures consistent with corporate guidelines and in compliance with federal and state requirements.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
