Prior to that, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of DeVlieg-Bullard. He began his career with General Electric. Mr. DeFrance worked with Nuturn Corp. He received a BSEE Degree from Notre Dame University in 1966 and an MBA from Columbia University in 1968.
