Biography

Mr. Rubens joins Korn/Ferry from Aon Hewitt, where he was a Partner in the Global Compensation and Talent Practice. During his time at Aon Hewitt, Kevin held a variety of senior leadership roles in talent and HR, working extensively in Europe, Russia, the Middle East and China.

Mr. Rubens has nearly thirty years of experience as an executive and consultant in Human Resources and Talent Management Strategy. He works with clients to design integrated consulting solutions that provide a return on business objectives related to: Talent Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, Organization Design, Leadership Assessment and Development, Total Rewards, and Enterprise Transformation. By driving HR transformation efforts, he has become a trusted advisor to global and multi-national clients across multiple industries such as the Defense, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Energy and Manufacturing, among others.
Mr. Rubens is a thought leader on a range of Human Capital topics, has authored many articles on international management topics, and frequently speaks about Talent Strategy, the Impact of Technology on Work Design and the Future of HR at professional venues and universities in the USA, Europe, Eurasia, and China. Mr. Rubens also serves as the Chairperson of HR People and Strategy, the premiere organization for Senior HR Professionals (www.hrps.org); The Hong Kong Institute for HR Management (HKIHRM); the World Affairs Council; and the Michigan State School of HR and Labor Relations Alumni Association.

Mr. Rubens received a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

HR People & Strategy (HRPS) is a strategically focused, ground-breaking network of influential HR executives and innovative HRM professionals representing the world’s most prominent organizations. HRPS is regarded by many as the premier professional organization focused on the intersection of people and strategy.
