Biography

Kevin Kelly, a Senior Director in the Chicago office, joined Morrow Sodali in October 2003. He is responsible for new business development and SPAC services (Special Purpose Acquisition Company). Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, he worked in the transfer agent business for over 30 years in a wide variety of positions, including sales, marketing, administration, product management, and operations. He worked in the transfer agent and corporate trust departments of Computershare, Harris Bank, Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Kevin is a member of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Society for Corporate Governance. Kevin holds an M.B.A. degree from FordhamUniversity and a B.A. degree from St. Anselm College.
