Biography

Jubilee is a legal director in our Infrastructure Group and based in our London office. Her practice is focused in the oil and gas and LNG sectors, having advised state oil and gas entities, international oil and gas companies and financial institutions on a wide range of upstream and downstream acquisitions and developments, LNG development projects and offshore LNG projects. Jubilee has worked for other leading law firms in London as well as in house at Premier Oil and Reliance Industries Limited.

In 2015, Jubilee was recognised in The Lawyer Hot 100 for her work in the energy sector. She was also recognised as a London Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2013.

Her recent experience includes representing:

* an international oil & gas developer on its associated gas development in Angola
* an international oil & gas developer on its acquisition of participating interest in 52 upstream licenses and infrastructure assets in the UKCS
* an international oil & gas developer on its acquisition and development of upstream interests in the Falkland Islands.

Jubilee has contributed to several books and journals and her recent publications include:

* "Licences, Concessions, PSAs and Service Contracts," chapter in Oil and Gas: A Practical Handbook, published by Globe Law and Business
* "Structuring the Transaction," chapter in Oil and Gas M&A: A Practical Handbook published by Globe Law and Business.
