A resident of San Francisco, John and his wife Kara are the parents of Max ’19, as well as seventh grader Harry and sixth grader August. John has an undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley. He is the Creative Director of Blurb, Inc. and the Principal of litmus consulting. He is also an actor. John has served on the MCDS Board, where he co-chaired their Strategic Planning Committee in 2012.
