Biography

Vice Chairman of Monroe Bank & Trust from April 1997 until retirement in December 1999. Formerly, Executive Vice President and a director of Monroe Bank & Trust and serves on Compensation Committee (chair) and Audit Committee. Mr. John F. Weaver has served on our board since 1971. His current term of office expires at the annual meeting. As he leaves the board, all directors and management thank him for his many years of committed service to La-Z-Boy.
