Gabriel Altamirano focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, and competition law. His experience includes general corporate law, cross-border transactions, restructuring of corporate groups, joint ventures, and other forms of business cooperation. Additionally, he has participated in mining operations and legal advisory to domestic and multinational clients in the participation in public bids. Gabriel's experience also includes representing clients regarding immigration matters.
