Jean-Marie Ambrosi is a partner based in the Paris office.

Mr. Ambrosi’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving both private and public companies and more particularly on leveraged transactions.

Mr. Ambrosi joined the firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1993. He received an LL.M degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985. Mr. Ambrosi also received a Doctorat en Droit (doctorate in law) in 1978 and a Diplôme d’Etudes Comptables Supérieures (advanced degree in accounting) in 1980.

Mr. Ambrosi has been distinguished as a leading private equity lawyer in France by Chambers Global and Chambers Europe.

Mr. Ambrosi is a member of the Paris and New York Bars. His native language is French, and he is fluent in English.
