Jim represents publicly traded and private companies in various capacities and major banking firms on a transactional basis. He has extensive experience in capital markets equity and high yield debt offerings representing issuers and underwriters, private placements, secured financings, mergers and acquisitions, and the structuring and formation of joint ventures and alternative monetization structures such as master limited partnerships and royalty trusts.
