Profile
Jim has over 20 years of litigation experience with Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLC and its predecessor firms. He has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including commercial disputes, employment litigation and property disputes, in both state and federal courts and alternative dispute forums. His cases have involved, for example, disputes involving the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholder disputes, disputes involving the purchase, sale and use of real property, claims involving the enforcement of restrictive covenants and other employment-related disputes, and tax assessment appeals. He has also testified as an expert witness on the issue of the reasonableness of attorneys' fees to a prevailing plaintiff.
