Biography

For more than 25 years, Vince Keady has tried to conclusion approximately 200 matters. Prior to Stinson Leonard Street, Vince practiced with a boutique corporate and real estate law firm in St. Louis. Being one of the few litigators in that boutique firm, Vince was, and still is, frequently called upon to litigate a broad array of disputes, across diverse industries.

Mr. Keady’s current litigation practice is concentrated in general and complex civil litigation representing clients in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing property owners, retailers, developers and builders in zoning and real estate litigation. Throughout his practice, Vince has guided clients through legislative, administrative, trial and appellate venues to protect their property rights.

The remainder of Mr. Keady’s litigation practice encompasses title insurance, construction defects, lender liability, condominium and homeowner’s association litigation. He also represents a U.S. based developer and manager of water-themed entertainment complexes.
