Biography

Igor Ivanov is a Russian politician and served as the former Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation from 2004-2007. Prior to this he served as the Foreign Minister of Russia from 1998-2004. He is a Professor of Moscow State Institute of International Relations; a member of the Supervisory Council of the International Luxembourg Forum on Preventing Nuclear Catastrophe and a member of the European Council on Tolerance and Reconciliation.

Igor Ivanov is a member of the Advisory Board for the European Leadership Network (ELN).
