Alpha Quant manages accounts based on three proprietary products: equity strategies, multi-asset portfolios and strategy indexes. The equity strategies utilize proprietary, fundamentals-based quantitative models. The strategies are based on core fundamental concepts and are managed through a highly disciplined, repeatable and transparent investment process. Equity portfolios, consisting primarily of individual equity securities, span different styles and market capitalizations. Alpha Quant’s equity portfolios are managed with a disciplined, rules-based investment process based on fundamental concepts. Mutual funds or ETFs may be used for efficient portfolio management or to expose cash balances to the equity markets.

ABA manages the American Beacon Funds, a series of competitively priced mutual funds. The funds employ a manager-of-managers investment style and currently include international and domestic equity, fixed-income, alternative and money market funds. The fund’s portfolio managers have authority to make buy and sell decisions. ABA maintains a disciplined, long-term perspective and focuses on highly rated obligations to minimize credit risk. Their security selection process is initially based on their top-down assessment of a sector, but bottom-up analysis naturally follows.

CCL manages long-term equity strategies that invest in international securities markets, primarily in emerging market countries. They use a fundamental research philosophy and approach that is designed to identify companies that are undervalued and of high quality. The portfolio managers consider quantifiable characteristics, such as: price-to-earnings ratio; enterprise value-to-EBITDA ratio; dividend yield; return on invested capital; and return on equity.
