Frederick Nerone (Treasurer)—As Corporate Treasurer for the Hodges University Foundation, he directly oversees the Foundation's portfolio on a daily basis. His business experience includes positions as President and CEO of two hi-tech manufacturing firms and three investment companies in Michigan and Florida. Dr. Nerone holds a master's degree in management and a Ph.D. in business administration and management. He was founding Dean of the Johnson School of Business at Hodges University, and is currently the Chief Investment Officer for the institution.

The main campus in Naples, Florida has about 600 students. Fort Myers also has about 600. Learning sites include Sarasota, Florida the University Centers of Edison Community College in Lee and Charlotte Counties, and at the 3 Pasco-Hernando Community College Campuses including New Port Richey with about 300.
