Erik B. Lundgren, Partner Erik Lundgren is a partner in Winston & Strawn’s Chicago office concentrating his practice in employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Mr. Lundgren has particular experience representing public company clients in connection with all aspects of executive and director compensation. Representative clients range from smaller reporting companies to Fortune 500 companies and span a wide variety of industries. Mr. Lundgren has extensive experience advising clients in the securities law and corporate governance aspects of executive compensation, including public disclosure and proxy statement requirements, equity and incentive compensation issues, Section 16 issues, stock exchange requirements, and ISS and other proxy advisor policies. Mr. Lundgren has also represented issuers and underwriters in connection with several initial public offerings (IPOs). Education: Mr. Lundgren received a B.A. in German and Sociology from the University of Missouri – Columbia, where he was also an Evans Scholar, in 1992 and a J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in December 1997.
