Managing Director

Ellie Cullinan is a managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and has been with the firm since 1999. Ms. Cullinan's career in commercial real estate spans over 13 years with a focus on tenant representation in the downtown Boston and Cambridge markets. She has frequently been a top 10 producer in the local office and was recognized as the highest producing senior associate in 2009. She has actively negotiated more than 700,000 square feet of commercial real estate transactions and is responsible for managing multi-million dollar transactions from site selection to lease execution. The association began as a small group of owners and developers of industrial parks in the eastern U.S. who formed the National Association of Industrial Parks (NAIP) to facilitate a forum for the open exchange of information on development.
