Evans is executive vice president, general counsel and secretary at Republic Steel, where she manages all
legal aspects of the firm and oversees its labor relations, human resources and environmental health and
safety departments. Evans serves on the board of directors for ACG Cleveland and City Year Cleveland.
She is also a board member, president-emeritus and co-founder of Young ACG Cleveland. Evans earned a
bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University and a master’s degree in
business administration from Cleveland State University. She earned a JD degree from the Cleveland-
Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
