Mr. Derek Smith is a Chief Operating Officer & Director at Oaktree Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management LP, a Managing Director & Head of Operations at Oaktree Capital Management LP and a Member at The State Bar of California. He is on the Board of Directors at Oaktree Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., Oaktree Pinnacle Investment Fund Feeder (REIT) LLC and Timbers Resort Management LLC.
