Biography

David manages a private business with interests in real estate and oil and gas. He began at FWCD as a first-grader in the fall of 1963, when the School opened. He has served on the Advancement and Investment committees, on the Alumni Council for six years, and is a past president of the FWCD Alumni Association. As a Trustee, he served on the Executive Committee as vice-president, treasurer and as the Finance Committee chair. David spent most of his career in the development of professional education materials primarily related to the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. He is a past board member of the CFA Society of Dallas Fort Worth and has lectured at CFA education programs in the U.S., Europe and Africa. He and his wife, Karen, have five children, three of whom are FWCD alumni, and two grandchildren.
