Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co. (DGHM) is a fundamental, value-driven, equity investment manager that employs a disciplined approach to purchase high quality companies at compelling valuations. The firm combines the use of quantitative tools with rigorous fundamental analysis to generate excess returns with managed risk. DGHM emphasizes intensive security analysis and strict valuation disciplines in structuring portfolios.DGHM's investment process begins by defining the universe of potential equity securities based on the market-cap guidelines for each product. The firm uses a proprietary multi-factor model that ranks their universe of equity securities by sector on valuation, profitability and capital efficiency. They then use a fundamental approach based on evaluation of historical financial data, regulatory filings, press releases, transcripts and company meetings to determine which securities warrant further due diligence. Once a security is selected DGHM develops an internal financial model and conducts valuation analysis. The firm will sell a stock if their multi-factor model indicated that an acceptable trade-off of valuation and profitability no longer exists, if the company's fundamentals are deteriorating or if the stock consistently underperforms its peer group.

PIM's analysis of the financial markets is generally based on fundamental analysis and research, but also includes quantitative elements. Their research is focused on developing both a top-down view of broader market performance and a bottom-up outlook for individual securities. PIM's computer-based models are designed to analyze a variety of financial data from various sources and generate investment selections. They rely on research generated in-house which is tailored to the precise needs of our investment professionals. External research is also used - for example, to evaluate consensus views and to augment the research process. In managing assets, PIM has the flexibility to invest in securities and other financial instruments of almost any type (including both cash securities, such as stocks and bonds, and derivative instruments, such as swaps, futures, forwards, and options).

WhaleRock Point Partners offers customized investment advisory services. The firm seeks maximum after-tax investment results for each client while adhering to each client's unique objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, income needs, liquidity requirements and legal and tax issues. WhaleRock does not specialize in any particular type of investment advisory service or strategy. In general, the firm invests in a mixture of asset classes including, but not limited to, equities and fixed income securities. Many accounts invest only in fixed income securities, while some invest only in equity securities. Most accounts are a mixture of asset classes. WhaleRock''s investment approach is based on their belief that asset prices and returns are driven primarily by trends in corporate earnings, economic growth, inflation, interest rates and liquidity, and that individual asset classes respond differently to these variables at different points in the economic cycle, depending on fiscal and monetary policy, social policy, consumer confidence and saving, pricing power, market valuations and investor positioning. The firm''s investment process begins with a top-down analysis of a wide range of macro economic, political, social and market related data in an effort to identify the key structural and cyclical themes driving the global economy. WhaleRock then develops forecasts of expected asset class returns and general investment themes. These themes complement the conclusions drawn from their top-down analysis of the global investment environment. After developing long-term, secular investment themes, WhaleRock uses a combination of fundamental and technical analysis to select individual securities that complement their top-down approach.
