Biography

EXPERTISE

Bryan specializes in retail project leasing, tenant representation and general brokerage in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and throughout Texas. He represents a variety of properties from small unanchored strip centers to multi-anchor power centers for both local and institutional landlords. His client list also includes, McAlister’s Deli, Baskin Robins, Edward Jones, Bosses Pizza, Kiddie Academy, Joe Daiches Jewelers, Subway, Empire Gymnastics, and VooDoo BBQ.

Bryan’s clients appreciate his responsiveness and attention to detail and benefit from his negotiating skills and 30+ years of real estate and business experience.

HIGHLIGHTS

Bryan has leasing responsibility for over one million square feet of retail space and has completed over 300 lease transactions in excess of one million square feet since returning to Woodmont.

EXPERIENCE

Bryan began his real estate career in Fort Worth as an intern for the Norman Lindley Company while still attending TCU. After graduating he joined the Haydn Cutler Company in 1987 as a retail leasing agent and then moved to The Woodmont Company in 1988. In 1992 Bryan changed careers and joined Hawk Electronics, a regional wireless retailer and service provider where he was Director of Agent Sales and Operations and in charge a network of independent wireless retailers in Texas and Arkansas offering cellular phones and services. From 2005 to 2010, Bryan served as general partner in partnership of income properties in Tarrant and Johnson counties. In 2007 he returned to Woodmont.
